Council accepted Pay Request #6 from H & W (H&W Contracting LLC) in the amount of $23,626.50 and approved Change Order #1 for $49,972.80 after the contractor signed and returned the change order documents.
Brad Lawrence, representing Brosz Engineering, met with the Council to discuss the 2nd Street Project and provided the engineering update recorded in the minutes. Scott Gross from Mid Dakota also updated the Council on Mid Dakota's portion of the project and the utility hookups. The minutes list the motions and roll-call results: both the pay request and the change order were approved with votes recorded as Ayes: 5, Nays: 0 (motion carried).
