The Jacksonville School District 117 committee convened on Feb. 19, 2025. Roll call listed seven board members present: Mr. Beard (President), Mrs. Leonard, Mr. Lonergan, Mr. Pool, Mrs. Stewart, Mrs. Trace and Mrs. Wilson. District administrators in attendance included Superintendent Steve Ptacek and several directors and officers.
President Beard offered visitors an opportunity to address the board during reception of visitors, petitions and communications; no members of the public spoke. After the board returned to open session at 7:00 PM, Mrs. Wilson moved and Mr. Lonergan seconded to adjourn the meeting at 7:01 PM; the motion passed unanimously. The minutes note that no reports were discussed in open session.
