Board members approved resignations including Melvin Todd (bus driver), Phillip Johnson (assistant cross‑country coach), Michelle May (speech language pathologist, effective end of 2024–25) and others. Notable hires approved for 2025–26 included Ciara Willhite, Science Teacher at Jacksonville Middle School (BA+24/Step 10, $57,943); Meghan Hadden, Agriculture Teacher at Jacksonville Middle School (BA/Step 1, $46,285); and Sara Wilson, Speech Language Pathologist (MA/Step 1 + $6,000 stipend, $57,691). The board also recorded numerous one‑year long‑term substitute non‑renewals at the end of 2024–25 and a reduction in force (honorable dismissal) for Yvonne "Bonny" Carls.
