Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations Amy McPartlin and Director of Operations Rafael Romero summarized the solicitation and negotiation. The vendor table in the district memo listed three bidders; Patriot’s original base pricing and later negotiations produced a recommended total of $33,500. The motion to award the contract to Patriot Pavement Maintenance was made by Kevin Novak, seconded by Brynn Nordmark, and approved unanimously.
The district noted alternates (e.g., a small asphalt patch at Anne Sullivan for a GaGa pit and Eisenhower striping contingent on referendum outcomes) and said funds are budgeted in Capital Projects contracted services accounts.
