District updates keycard access, cleaning checklist and inspections for summer work

HVAC maintenance work is in progress and maintenance closets are being organized and inventoried.
Inspection work was also reviewed: sprinkler inspection has been completed and a fire inspection is scheduled. Committee members took the update for informational purposes and did not approve new expenditures during the meeting.
