District reports completed projects, inspections and maintenance grant opportunity

Superintendent Mr. Johnson provided multiple facilities and maintenance updates during the Oct. 28 meeting. Johnson said DMI has been asked to provide proposals to replace pumps in poor condition at Parkview School and to inspect kitchen ventilation as potential School Maintenance Grant projects. He reminded the board that the FY2026 School Maintenance Grant is open for application; the program is a matching grant of up to $50,000.
