The Clark County Planning Commission on May 6, 2026 moved and approved procedural items including excusing absent members and approving past meeting minutes.
Commissioner Rittenhouse moved, and Mrs. Anderson seconded, to excuse absent members Ms. Kerri Brammer and Mr. Sky Schelle; the motion carried. The commission approved the November 5, 2025 minutes (motion by Mr. Stickney, seconded by Commissioner Rittenhouse) and the February 4, 2026 minutes (motion by Commissioner Rittenhouse, seconded by Dr. Wallace). The December 3, 2025 minutes were approved with Commissioner Patterson recorded as abstaining. Staff later noted that "The next scheduled meeting would be for June 3 for a text amendment on data centers." The meeting adjourned at 2:25 p.m.
