County official says final Moorefield TIF negotiations targeted for May 21 public meeting

Ethan Harris, Clark County’s Community and Economic Development Director, updated the commission on negotiations for the Moorefield Township tax-increment financing (TIF) arrangement and said the goal is to have final negotiations completed by the May 21 public meeting at Kenton Ridge High School.
Commissioner Sasha Rittenhouse reminded attendees of the May 21 meeting date and time. Harris also noted two returning interns who will assist in department work.
