Board approves ISBE Consolidated District Plan and district e-learning plan
Summary

Dr. Martelli explained that the ISBE Consolidated District Plan (CDP) is a required planning document that allows the district to participate in federal formula grants. He told the board the CDP lets the district "answer one set of planning questions to meet requirements for federal formula grants," and noted the district currently qualifies for Title I, Title II and Title IV funds. The board approved the CDP on a roll-call vote.
At the public hearing held before the meeting, Dr. Martelli presented the district's e-learning program plan and was available to answer questions. Following the presentation, the board approved the e-learning plan on a unanimous roll-call vote. Both approvals were recorded as unanimous among members present.
