The board approved the motion by roll call, 6–0. Separately, the board approved extracurricular hires for assistant girls soccer coach Lacey Gleason (motion by Buck, seconded by Nofsinger) and Caezar Martinez (motion by Buck, seconded by James); both motions carried 6–0.
