Attorney Jeff Stott added a brief clarification about the fee, noting the proposed rate of "$2.75 an hour."
Commissioner Myers moved to accept the land‑use agreement for appeal authority services with Heath Snow as presented. The commission voted unanimously to approve the contract by voice vote.
