Panel signs off on bump-out window to center dining-room window at Saint Davis Road home

The HARP approved an exterior modification at 24418 Saint Davis Road to add a bump-out window that centers the dining-room opening and matches existing detailing, following a presentation from Don Goode of Advantage Building Concepts.
Don Goode said the owner did not like the current off-center triple window and the bump-out will "match everything else on the building." Panel members expressed support and approved a certificate of appropriateness. The Chair closed the item with the standard reminder that HARP’s jurisdiction covers exterior compatibility.
Any interior work associated with the change will be handled through the normal permitting process separate from HARP review.
