The HARP approved a proposal to build a detached three-car garage at the rear of 308 Midland Avenue after a presentation from Connor Hoffman of Rockwell Custom Building Co.
Connor Hoffman said the garage would sit directly behind the primary residence, match rooflines, materials and window patterns, and accommodate a future pool to the rear of the garage. "The whole entire goal is just to match the primary residence," a presenter said. Panel members praised the compatibility of the design and voted to grant a certificate of appropriateness.
The approval covers the exterior design as presented; future work connected to the pool or additional site changes would require separate review.
