Sam Ballard, identified as an owner of NNE Construction and RubyDome, told the board the company has provided fiber, microwave, cellular, tower and underground work since 1988 and can supply bucket trucks (largest 125 feet) and related services. The board discussed tower height capability and the sample rate schedule the company submitted.
Kent moved to accept NNE's proposal for an on-call contract, the motion was seconded and carried unanimously. Staff will formalize a contract and return it for administrative processing so Ken (operations) can request quotes and proceed under the established purchasing matrix.
