On July 22, 2025, the Oak Grove School District 68 Board voted to enter executive session under the Open Meetings Act Exception #1 to discuss matters related to appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees. The motion to enter executive session was made by Nuriddin Saratore and seconded by Kevin Gas; the board entered executive session at 7:10 p.m. and recorded a 5–0 roll-call vote with two members absent.
The board exited executive session at 7:38 p.m. and subsequently approved a personnel action recommended by Superintendent Bryan Zwemke. The personnel approval was moved by Nuriddin Saratore, seconded by Kevin Gas, and carried on roll call with five ayes and two members absent. The minutes record the board's compliance with the Open Meetings Act process.
