Creve Coeur SD 76 board adopts FY2026 budget after public hearing

The public hearing to consider the tentative budget was opened at 6:02 p.m. (motion by Board Member Valerie Ragon, seconded by Brenda Keogel). Mrs. Stimeling later joined the meeting at 6:16 p.m. There were no public comments on the tentative budget.
After discussion, Pam Greiner moved and Brenda Keogel seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 25-02, approving the FY2026 budget. The board approved the resolution by roll call: Keogel, Lang, Ragon, Stimeling, Greiner and Bailey voted yes. The public hearing was closed and the board resumed the regular meeting at 6:25 p.m.
The adoption was recorded as Resolution 25-02; the board did not specify further implementation milestones or effective dates during the meeting minutes. KEB auditors are scheduled to present the district audit at the Nov. 18, 2025 board meeting, which may include audit findings relevant to FY2026 implementation.
