Planning board says PUD '60-day' reference describes internal analysis, not ordinance change

A staff speaker told the board the 30/60/90/120 workflow is producing materials for staff and council review on traffic mitigation, fire protection and school impacts so the town can "get ahead of it before the application actually comes in." The staff representative added, "There is no discussion about changing the PUD ordinance. I've got no direction from the council to do that." Several board members who attended the original PUD workshop said no formal application has been filed and urged better public communication about what has and has not been decided.
