Planning Commission tables several development plans for further review
Summary
The commission voted to table the Hunters Glen, Kost Road Tract and HJ Towing & Recovery plans after applicants requested more time; motions to table carried during the Jan. 2 meeting.
During the Jan. 2 meeting the Planning Commission voted to table three pending land-development items after applicants asked for more time.
The Commission tabled the revised Hunters Glen preliminary subdivision and land development plan (2014-8 & 2018-30) on a Palmer/Secary motion after the applicant requested the plan be tabled. The Kost Road Tract (2023-8) preliminary land development plan was similarly tabled on a Palmer/Secary motion at the applicant's request. The HJ Towing & Recovery final land development plan (2024-13) was also tabled on a Palmer/Secary motion.
The minutes record each motion as carried; the items will remain on future agendas once applicants address outstanding issues or request removal from the table.
