Planning commission recommends approval of Spring Meadow Reserve Phase 3 to supervisors

John Murphy of Alpha Consulting Engineers presented Phase 3 of Spring Meadow Reserve on Sept. 5, 2024. The commission recorded no county, staff or public comments; four waivers had been approved earlier in the review process. On a Helman/Sandys motion the commission forwarded the plan to the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation for approval subject to staff and engineering comments.
The motion to forward the plan carried. The recommendation will be considered by the Board of Supervisors at its next available meeting; staff and township engineering identified minor administrative items to be resolved before final recording.
