The Siskiyou County Air Pollution Control District board voted to ratify an application to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for a 2022 Climate Impact Response Program grant totaling $26,413. Diane Collier, the district's administrative services manager, told the board the grant is "Moyer related" and can be combined with previously available Carl Moyer funds to support more projects.
Collier said the grant "will add about $3,300 in, administrative or implementation revenue for us for, to reimburse wages." A director moved to approve the ratification; the board approved the motion by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
