City staff announces open houses and community events in March

City Administrator McCann invited the public to a series of community engagement opportunities: a Rental Density Open House on Monday, March 10 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Fire Station #2; a Climate Action Plan Open House on Tuesday, March 18 starting at 6:00 p.m. at Fire Station #2; and Skate with a Cop on Sunday, March 9 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Lund Arena at Gustavus College. McCann also noted an Indoor Recreation Virtual Open House and that a survey is available on the North Mankato website.
McCann said seasonal hirings have begun and that the Culture & Recreation brochure highlighting spring and summer programs is available and open for registration. No council comments or public input were recorded on these announcements.
