She said that, after examining the budget and required staff classes, she did not see how the town could pay for a budget-committee member to take a class this year. Liscomb said she will sign paperwork for the Rural Community Development Opportunity and will work with HCPC on that program. She also reported that newly placed floats do not have enough flotation and that M. Young will inspect them for possible fixes.
