Commission forwards Mangine lot‑line adjustment and three waiver recommendations to supervisors

Shane Ettinger of Penn Core Consulting presented a lot‑line adjustment plan on behalf of Mangine, Feldman & Gaertner on Oct. 3, 2024. The proposal would move the property line between 950 and 944 W. Trindle Road, adding land to the Mangine parcel; no additional development was proposed.
Commissioners recorded no staff or engineering objections during the presentation. On motions recorded in the minutes the commission forwarded the following waiver recommendations to the Board of Supervisors: [SLDO 303] (Preliminary Plan Application), [SLDO 403.01] (Drafting Standards) and [SLDO 403.06.3] (not creating new lots/sewage service). The commission then forwarded the final subdivision plan to the Board with a recommendation for approval provided staff and engineering comments are addressed prior to final action.
The minutes record motions and seconds (Secary/Helman; Helman/Sandys; Helman/McDonald; Secary/Sandys) and say the motions carried; no roll‑call vote tallies appear in the record. The plan will be considered by the Board of Supervisors in a subsequent meeting.
