Middle School borings underway as Suffield team prepares design and cost estimates

Scott Pellman said the work is intended to support conceptual design development and provide the basis for accurate cost estimates and cash‑flow analyses to present to voters. The project team is also preparing informational materials and tax‑impact projections to inform residents before any referendum.
Consultants indicated borings and survey activities are already underway and that the schedule calls for conceptual designs and project estimates to be substantially complete by late fall to meet bond counsel timelines.
