A motion by Board member Patin, supported by Board member Slager, adopted the agenda; the board voted 6-0 (Bowser, Lund, Patin, Reed, Shoffner, Slager).
The board then approved the consent agenda on a motion by Shoffner supported by Bowser. The consent package included approval of minutes from Sept. 8 and Oct. 2, 2025; personnel recommendations dated Oct. 13, 2025; and the August 2025 cash disbursements in the amount of $2,537,147.00. The minutes record the vote as unanimous, 6-0. The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. and adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
