Superintendent Kelly Coffin introduced Leon Wallace as the new assistant principal at Farmington High School during the district update at the Feb. 25 board meeting. Assistant Superintendent Brad Paddock welcomed Wallace and his family and the minutes list Wallace as the district's new Farmington High School assistant principal.
The board later approved the Farmington HS assistant principal hire recommendation as part of the consent agenda (motion moved by Claudia T. Heinrich, supported by David N. Turner); the consent agenda passed unanimously. The superintendent also highlighted recent district events including the Wood Creek Inquiry Fair, STEM Night, the Early Childhood Center open house and the upcoming One School One Book event at the Farmington Community Library.
