"It was moved by Heinrich and supported by Turner that the Board of Education approve the award for the Tech Bond - Structured Cabling bid in the amount of $439,246.00 to Complete Interactive Technologies, Inc. (CIT)," the minutes record. The roll call vote was 5–0 in favor (Heinrich, Blau, Hull, Turner, Weems).
