The Farmington Board of Education received an update on the District’s 2020 bond at its Jan. 21 meeting. Scott Smith of Plante Moran Realpoint presented the January 2025 FPS Quarterly Dashboard, outlining allocations for construction/district-wide work, FF&E, buses, and technology/security and providing a funding and expenditures summary with cost-to-complete estimates.
Smith said the dashboard included a visual of the Schulman Building conversion to storage and listed upcoming bond projects at the high schools, middle schools and Visions Unlimited. Board members asked questions about schedule and budget details; Smith noted the report’s breakdown by category and timing for the next project milestones.
