Board members requested a firm recommendation from the recreation and building committees after a CIP meeting scheduled for July 30 and set a deadline of the August 5 Select Board meeting to decide whether to rebuild at the original site (which may require fill and removal of sonotubes) or move to a slab at an alternate, flatter location. The committee estimated—if a site and slab are approved and quotes obtained—installation could occur in September or October.
