After the closed session, Thomas-August moved, and Wendy Tobias seconded, a motion to return to open session; that motion also passed 5-0 with two absences. The final motion, "Recommend the expulsion of student number 520008466," was made by Amy Thomas-August, seconded by Keneth Gulock, and passed with the same 5-0 (absent 2) tally.
