Board hears audit of auditorium lighting, E-Rate internet work and ESG completions

Staff said the auditorium lighting requires investigation of dimmers and drivers and that a vendor has ordered 12 LED kits to test whether replacement parts or drivers are needed: "They ordered 12 kits that they are purchasing for us," staff said.
Board members asked whether the auditorium lighting would be finished before the first day of school; staff replied the timeline depends on vendor pricing and electrician availability. The superintendent said the district has coordinated walkway construction and conduit runs so the internet cabling will be installed concurrently when that site work occurs.
