"We submitted a great RFP, and they awarded us a certain amount for the next 5 years," the presenter said, describing the multi-year administrative process and how the subaward permits the city to accept annual funding amounts tied to FY27 and future years. Commissioners voted to accept the subaward and the agreement to allow the senior center to continue its programming without interruption.
