Later the council read additional closed-session attorney items identifying a claim by Jose Guzman Perez and a pending case noted as Duran v. city of Redox for attorney consultation.
Members of the public were invited to speak on the closed-session items (two-minute limit); no public speakers requested in-person, Zoom or email comment on the closed items and the council recessed to the closed session as posted.
