The minutes of that closed session are filed in the Superintendent’s office under P.A. 167 of the Public Acts of 1976.
The board returned to open session at 8:24 p.m. and Liz Evans made and Steve Duane supported a motion to approve the minutes from the closed session as presented. The meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
