The Mason Board of Education on Jan. 8 approved its consent agenda, including the minutes of the Dec. 11, 2025 regular meeting and Personnel Report No. 13. Amy Lark, board secretary, moved to approve the consent agenda and Steve Duane supported the motion; the board voted "All yes. Motion carried. 6-0."
The consent agenda included disbursements across district funds: General Fund bills of $3,463,433.33; Food Service Fund $89,215.83; Student Activities Fund $60,955.32; Sinking Fund $160,196.50; and Capital Project Fund $18,410.00. Board members did not record any public objections during the vote. The approval completes routine procedural business and allows staff to proceed with payments and personnel items listed in the reports.
