District cites new fueling system, routing review and tech upgrades to improve operations

A district staff member reported several operations and technology improvements: the transportation department is evaluating routing solutions alongside its existing Traversta software to improve route efficiency and reliability; a new fueling system has been installed to enhance safety and record-keeping; and the technology team completed summer work including room inventories, Chromebook cart maintenance and Windows upgrades.
Staff also said the district is expanding its Qware help-ticket system to include technology and buildings and grounds so issues can be tracked and responded to more quickly, and noted cabling upgrades in the auditorium to support enhanced audio for productions and arts programming.
