Mason Board approves consent agenda, authorizes more than $2.16 million in General Fund payments

"Amy Lark made and Matt Bennett supported a motion to approve the consent agenda, including approval of the minutes of the November 24, 2025 Special meeting; Personnel Report No. 11 Financial Report No. 12; including payment of General Fund bills in the amount of $2,161,132.14, Food Service Fund bills in the amount of $153,961.72, Student Activities Fund bills in the amount of $37,888.18, Sinking Fund Bills in the amount of $26,071.72 and Capital Project Fund bills in the amount of $0.00. All yes. Motion carried. 7-0," the minutes record.
Board members did not take additional public comment on the consent items. The approvals keep routine district operations moving forward and clear disbursements across general, food service, student activities and sinking fund accounts.
The board’s action was unanimous; no abstentions or opposing votes were recorded. The full consent-agenda motion and dollar amounts are included in the board minutes and will be reflected in the district’s posted financial reports.
