Residents press board on noise and overnight driver activity for Forward Air lease

Staff reminded the group that while the site is industrial, sound can echo toward adjacent residences and reiterated the need for fit-up permitting and coordination with the fire department on Knox-box placement to address safety and access concerns before occupancy.
