Supervisors also set salaries for conservation staff—Skylar Hobbs as Conservation Director at $62,023.00 and Jodi Ogden as Naturalist at $45,790.47—effective July 1, 2026. The board approved several public‑health and courthouse positions, including Ryan Clark as courthouse custodian at $51,792.44 for FY2026–2027 and Betty Bowlsby Lawson as Mental Health Court Advocate at $22.01 per hour.
All motions were recorded as carried by unanimous vote. The board did not set additional hiring conditions during the meeting; implementation and payroll processing were left to county departments.
