Lucas County Board certifies FY2027 wages, approves financial reports

The Lucas County Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted a resolution certifying wages as approved in the FY2027 budget and approved several routine financial reports at its July 15, 2026 meeting at the Lucas County Courthouse. The Treasurer's Revenue report showed Total Revenue of $1,188,182.20, Total Disbursements of $1,079,501.96 and a June 30, 2026 balance of $10,060,731.56.
The board approved the June 2026 Lucas County Recorder’s Report of Fees Collected ($6,948.71), the Lucas County Clerk of Court Fees Collected Report ($2,177.74), the Lucas County Sheriff’s bi‑monthly expenditure report ($13,726.08 for July 2–15, 2026) and the Recorder’s second‑quarter 2026 fees ($19,736.74). By resolution, elected officials also submitted a Certification of annual compensation for deputies and clerks in the Auditor’s, Treasurer’s and Recorder’s Offices “in compliance with House File 349,” and the board voted to accept that certification.
The motions to approve the agenda, minutes and the financial items were made and seconded by supervisors on the floor and passed without dissent; the minutes record that "All voted aye. Motion carried." The board left procedural and audit follow‑up in the hands of county staff as appropriate.
