Committee discusses VIP tables and rental-fee plan; council to review table rental policy in April

Committee members acknowledged budget and access trade-offs (ensuring rental tables do not block views) and asked staff to coordinate with parks staff and the mayor and council on any fee-schedule changes prior to implementation.
