"I would like to make a motion to authorize the Munson Center District president to approve pending update of minor legal terms and inclusions of exhibits, specifically exhibit b, which are the is an Excel sheet calculation of the current rates and a accounting of all the, basically, we're not gonna say past due, but the previous billing at the new approved rate," the Chair said on the record. After a second, the Chair announced the motion carried with one opposed vote. The board did not record the names of individual voters in the transcript.
