She said she had attempted informal resolution through the neighbor and the HOA and that police intervention had been limited to a previous muffler request.
Keiser asked the council to adopt or clarify measures that would allow law enforcement to act effectively on repeated noisy-vehicle disturbances. The mayor accepted written testimony Keiser offered and staff said they would ensure the materials were added to the public record.
