Commissioners approve routine appropriations, transfers and procurement including 911 recorder purchase

At the April 7 meeting the Board of Commissioners adopted a series of routine financial measures including Resolution Nos. 26-199 through 26-204. Resolutions confirmed investment interest payments and U.S. Treasury and Federal Home Loan Bank receipts; authorized day‑of appropriations (including $25,000 to the General Fund/Other and $6,430 to construction/capital improvements); and a $48,703.04 transfer to reimburse WIOA for TANF indirect costs.
The board also approved requisitions under Res. 26-202, among them a $25,793 purchase of an Eventide Voice Recorder System for the 911 Next Gen project (Interaction Insight Corporation) and $6,500 for dispatcher professional development through the Denise Amber Lee Foundation. Resolution 26-204 listed multiple vendor payments across funds (general fund vendors, Board of Elections fees, dog kennel supplies and other account line items). Each resolution was moved and seconded and recorded as adopted unanimously (Ayes: Moore, Riddell & Gallagher / Nays: None).
