Board reaffirms oath as Vera Harrison joins Saginaw board

President C. Coleman called the Saginaw School District of the City of Board of Education to order at 5:30 p.m. and Ms. K. Henderson administered the reaffirmation of the oath of office for newly seated trustee Vera Harrison. The roll call showed all seven trustees present.
Dr. Roberts welcomed the board’s newest seated member. In final board remarks Dr. Roberts said, "Welcome back, Ms. Harrison, good to have you part of the team." The board later moved into a closed session to discuss the superintendent’s interim evaluation; trustees voted unanimously on the motion to adjourn the public meeting into closed session.
