Notch said the roughly $1.2 million that remains of about $3.4 million total is largely reserved for predictable salary costs and planned facility enhancements to support expanded Career and Technical Education programming, with some work expected to continue into 2026.
Board members asked for clarification about the materials and supplies allocation (roughly $228,000) and how parent and caregiver engagement funds have been spent. Notch said those funds have supported the bilingual family counselor, the TalkingPoints platform, school events, and planned larger inclusive family engagement gatherings. There was no Board action; staff will continue expenditure planning and reporting.
