Board creates Ad Hoc Governance Work Group to continue governance and retreat planning

Board President Hugo Torres shared that he, Board Member Beverly Gerard and Board Member Patricia Love would form the subcommittee. Board Member Chelsea Bonini moved to form the group, and Board Member Susan Alvaro seconded; the motion passed unanimously (Alvaro, Arias, Bonini, Gerard, Love, O’Neill, Torres).
Board members said the subcommittee will continue to advance governance discussions begun at the November workshop and provide focused guidance on retreats and related planning. No additional staff action beyond standard support was recorded at the meeting.
