Holmdel planning board elects TJ Mann as chair, Joyce Plausas as vice chair

Board members moved to amend the agenda to hold elections for chair and vice chair. After nominations, the board voted by roll call with members present — Vanderham, Fagan, Plausas, Bell, Antonucci, Mann and Robbins — supporting the chair election. The board later approved Plausas as vice chair. "Thank you," Mann said after the vote.
The appointments concluded without recorded opposition among members present. The board then proceeded to a Section 26 review of Ordinance 2026-16, referred by the Township Committee.
