The Plevna Town Council held a municipal budget hearing on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025. Mayor Gary Thielen called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. and adjourned it at 7:17 p.m.
Under New Business the council adopted Resolution No. 203 after Clerk/Treasurer Ashley Bondell reported the general fund revenue estimate had been updated from $16,600 to $17,686 based on the town’s tax evaluation. There were no public comments recorded; the council noted that $10,000 earmarked for new town signs is held in a separate cash-restricted fund. The next regular council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025.
