Tooele County BOE given extension to decide 2023 appeals

Commissioner Michael J. Cragun said the county explained it could not process all appeals within the 60 days following receipt due to the large number of 2023 appeals and asked for an extension to Jan. 31, 2025. Cragun moved to approve the extension; the motion passed unanimously.
The action provides Tooele County additional time to resolve appeals filed by the stated deadline without Commission-imposed default decisions. No roll-call opposition was recorded.
